Penn Badgley's 'You' Moves to Netflix for Season 2

The new Lifetime series You is moving to Netflix for its second season!

Penn Badgley stars in the show as a bookstore manager who will do anything for love after he crosses paths with a beautiful aspiring writer (Elizabeth Lail). Using the internet and social media as his tools to gather the most intimate of details and get close to her, a charming and awkward crush quickly becomes obsession as he quietly and strategically removes every obstacle – and person – in his way.

John Stamos, Shay Mitchell, and Kathryn Gallagher all starred in the series as well. The second season has been rumored to follow Penn‘s character’s move from New York to Los Angeles.

“Lifetime had an incredible experience working with Greg Berlanti, [showrunner] Sera Gamble and the entire team on YOU for season 1,” Lifetime said in a statement (via THR). “We wish the cast and crew the best as the series continues on at Netflix and can’t wait for the opportunity to work with the creative team again.”

Season one of You will be available to watch on Netflix on December 26.
