Cameron Diaz has her hands filled with grocery bags as makes her way back to her car on Friday night (December 21) in Century City, Calif.

The 46-year-old former actress looked pretty going makeup-free in a printed sweater, jeans, and booties as she stopped by Eataly to pick up some pastries and cheese ahead of the holidays.
