The 28-year-old “I Will Never Let You Down” pop superstar was spotted shopping alongside her father and a friend on Friday (February 15) on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles.

Rita was seen shopping for jackets and shoes at Saint Laurent before making her way to Cartier to check out some jewelry during their rainy day outing.
