Matthew McConaughey Talks Just Keep Livin Foundation at SXSW

Matthew McConaughey is helping kick off the 2019 SXSW Festival!

The 49-year-old actor and just keep livin founder stopped by the Fast Company Grill on Friday (March 8) in Austin, Texas.

During the day, Matthew took the stage to talk about the foundation’s goal to empower high school students to make healthy choices for a better future.

He also chatted with Calm app co-founder Michael Acton Smith about the importance of mental health.

“Take inventory. Check in with yourself before you check in with the world when you wake up in the morning,” Matthew said.
