Shia LaBeouf's 'Honey Boy' Gets a Release Date!

Shia LaBeouf‘s movie, Honey Boy, is coming to theaters later this year!

The Alma Har’el-directed movie, written by Shia and based on his life, will hit select theaters on November 8.

The movie co-stars Noah Jupe and Lucas Hedges, and recently won the U.S. Dramatic Special Jury Award for Vision and Craft at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.

The movie follows a young actor’s stormy childhood and early adult years as he struggles to reconcile with his father through cinema and dreams. Noah and Lucas play Otis Lort, navigating different stages in a frenetic career.

Shia plays a version of his own father, an ex-rodeo clown and a felon. FKA twigs is also making her cinematic debut, playing a neighbor and kindred spirit to the younger Otis in their garden-court motel home.
