Ansel Elgort Hits the Streets While Filming ‘West Side Story’

Ansel Elgort strolls down the street as he filmed a scene for West Side Story on Wednesday night (July 24) in New York City.

The 25-year-old actor, who will play Tony in the movie, sported a white dress shirt and tan trousers as he spent the night filming with director Steven Spielberg.

The night before, Ansel was joined on set by co-star Mike Faist for another late night filming.

Ariana DeBose, who plays Anita, was spotted filming a colorful musical dance scene just a few days ago, too.

West Side Story is set to hit theaters on December 18th, 2020.
