Lamar Odom and his girlfriend Sabrina Parr are engaged!

The 40-year-old professional basketball player and the personal trainer shared the exciting news on Instagram on Monday (November 11) from Prime 112 Restaurant in Miami.

“Introducing my new fiancé!!” Lamar captioned the photo below. “Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom. She the ONE!!!! @getuptoparr.”

“I SAID YES!!!!! 💍👰🏽 @lamarodom #mrsparrodom #lamarandsabrina,” Sabrina added with some ring shots.

Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr made one of their first public appearances as a couple in August.
