James Middleton Lets His Pal Spencer Matthews Ride in His Bike's Dog Basket!

James Middleton rides his bike with his close friend Spencer Matthews in the basket while traveling around town on Tuesday (December 3) in London, England.

If you didn’t know, James and Spencer‘s siblings are married. Pippa Middleton and James Matthews tied the knot back in May 2017.
