Sharon Osbourne Reveals Why She Dyed Her Hair White After 18 Years of Having Red Hair

Sharon Osbourne debuted her brand new hair color on Tuesday’s episode of The Talk, and she spoke about the public’s reaction to her changing up her hair color for the first time in years.

“It must have been a slow news day for people to talk about my hair color,” Sharon said, adding that she had been dying her hair red for 18 years.

“I was just so fed up of going and having it dyed and having it dyed, I just was like, I can’t do this anymore,” she said. “Why am I trying to do something or be something that I’m not? Just be who you are.”

And she revealed her husband Ozzy Osbourne‘s reaction, saying, “He says the Devil Wears Prada!” Meryl Streep‘s character in the film has a similar hair color.
