Tiffany Haddish Helps Donate Computers to People in Need During Drive-Thru Event
Tiffany Haddish helps carry new Chromebook computers to people in need during a drive-thru giveaway event on Thursday (July 30) in Los Angeles.
The 40-year-old Girls Trip actress, who recently shaved her head, joined Los Angeles City Council member Herb Wesson to donate the computers to students in foster care.
“Computer and internet access are essential for any kid to keep up in the classroom today and for many foster youth, that technology isn’t accessible. This month we have given away 1,000 laptops to children in the foster care system in LA,” Wesson said.
Tiffany spent time in foster care while growing up.
Earlier this week, Tiffany earned an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) for her Netflix special Black Mitzvah. She previously won an Emmy in 2018 for hosting SNL.
