'Sister, Sister' Actor Marques Houston, 39, Marries Miya Dickey, 19, in Private Ceremony

Marques Houston, best known for his work as Roger Evans on the series Sister, Sister, is a married man!

The 39-year-old actor tied the knot with Miya Dickey, 19, in a private ceremony that was held on Monday (August 24) at the Eagle Glen Golf Club in Corona, Calif.

People reports that the guest list was kept small due to the pandemic, with some of those in attendance being Marques‘ bandmates from Immature, Jerome Jones and Kelton Kessee.

The couple got engaged back in June and Marques spoke out at the time to defend his and Maya‘s big age difference.

While sharing photos from the wedding day, Maya wrote, “So happy and privileged to call you my Husband! I love you so much baby, and will always cherish you and be the wife Jehovah wants me to be and the wife you deserve because you deserve nothing but the best. I can’t promise perfection but I can promise that everyday I’ll try to be a better person. I love you, forever isn’t long enough.”

Marques wrote, “We can’t believe the day has finally come! The day when the two of us were bonded together before Jehovah to become one. Jehovah has blessed us with a true happiness that is unmatched!”
