Mandy Moore is trying to stay stress-free during her pregnancy!

The 36-year-old pregnant This Is Us actress stepped out for an appointment at an acupuncture clinic on Friday afternoon (December 18) in Los Angeles.

Mandy kept things comfy in a gray sweatshirt and matching sweatpants with a colorful cape draped over her shoulders. She covered up her growing baby bump by carrying her bag in front of her stomach.

Mandy is currently expecting her first child with husband Taylor Goldsmith.

Just recently, Mandy took to her Instagram to ask fans a pregnancy question as she enters her third trimester.
