Italy's Maneskin Wins Eurovision 2021 Song Contest!

Eurovision is back!

After the 2020 global competition was canceled because of the pandemic, Italy became the big winner of the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest.

On Saturday night (May 22), Italian group Maneskin took home the big title with their song “Zitti E Buoni” during the global battle of the bands competition, which was held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Italy’s Maneskin won 318 points from the public’s vote, putting their song above national jury winners Switzerland, France, and Malta.

After they were announced the winners, Maneskin members Damiano David, Victoria De Angelis, Thomas Raggi, and Ethan Torchio took to the stage to accept their award.

“We just want to say to the whole Europe, to the whole world, rock and roll never dies!” Damiano yelled as the audience erupted in cheers.

Congrats on the big win!
