Duchess Kate Middleton Thanks Shout Workers for All Their Efforts

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge (aka Kate Middleton) visits Shout to mark the mental health text service reaching over one million conversations with those in need on Wednesday (January 26) in London, England.

The Duchess got to meet with boy scouts, clinical supervisors, volunteers and fundraisers to thank them for their efforts to ensure mental health support is available across the United Kingdom.
