It was announced on Monday that Chris is joining the cast of the upcoming movie The Boys in the Boat, which will be directed by George Clooney.

Deadline reports that the movie “follows the triumphant underdog story of the University of Washington men’s rowing team, who stunned the world by winning gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.”

Chris will be playing “Royal Brougham, the Seattle sports journalist who follows the team and reports their story.” Already in the cast are Joel Edgerton, Callum Turner, James Wolk, and many others.
