LAPD Confirms A$AP Rocky's Arrest, Reveals What He's Been Charged With

The LAPD, specifically the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division Detectives, have confirmed their arrest of A$AP Rocky.

According to a press release, released on Wednesday (April 20), “On November 6, 2021, around 10:15 p.m., an argument between two acquaintances occurred in the area of Selma Avenue and Argyle Avenue, in the Hollywood Area. The argument escalated and resulted in the suspect firing a handgun at the victim. The victim sustained a minor injury from the incident and later sought his medical treatment. Following the shooting, the suspect and two additional males fled the area on foot.”

Detectives say they worked to corroborate the information given to them and eventually led to the arrest of A$AP Rocky. He was charged with Assault with a deadly weapon (firearm).

Earlier today, reports emerged that he was arrested at the airport.
