David Beckham Goes Through His Signature Workout at DB45 Launch Event
David Beckham shows off his core strength during the launch of his DB45 Training Launch Program on Monday (May 9) in Miami, Fla.
The 47-year-old athlete joined F45’s Chief of Athletics Gunnar Peterson, Cory George, Morgan Mitchell and former Bachelorette star Tyler Cameron for the event.
The event marked the launch of David‘s new DB45 workout which is an 11-station, football-inspired cardio class.
For the 45-minute workout, gym goers will go through complete two sets in each station, moving through a “follow the leader,” football-inspired 4:4:2 class formation, as well as stations representing typical football positions including Goal, Defense, Mid-Field, and Attack.
The name of the workout is in homage to David‘s jersey numbers.
“I have loved working alongside Gunnar and the F45 team to create DB45, my first signature workout,” David said in a statement. “For me, training as part of a team has always been my favorite way to workout and my DB45 program is influenced by exercises I did as a professional football player.”
He added, “F45 always brings innovative and effective workouts to the timetable and I’m excited for the F45 community to finally be able to try out mine.”
Over the weekend, David was spotted at the Miami Grand Prix. See the pics!
