18-Year-Old Woman's Parents File to Keep Ezra Miller Away From Her

According to the filing, Ezra, then 23, met Tokata Iron Eyes when she was 12, when Ezra was visiting the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. Tokata‘s parents claim she and Ezra developed a friendship.

They claim Ezra flew her to London in 2017 to visit the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them set when she was 14 and Ezra was 25. They also claim he supplied her with alcohol and marijuana, as well as LSD.

The parents claim Ezra disrupted her schooling to the point that she dropped out in December of last year. They flew to Ezra‘s home in Vermont in January of this year to get their daughter, and found she didn’t have her driver’s license, car keys, bank card and other important items.

Her parents also claim to have found bruises on her body, and allege that Ezra caused them.

Tokata‘s parents claim she fled to New York City to reunite with the star, and have since been traveling to places including Vermont, Hawaii and Los Angeles. The two were spotted at a club in Hawaii together in TMZ footage.

“Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata,” they’re claiming in the docs.

They say Ezra‘s also decided Tokata is non-binary transgender, when she had previously declared herself “non-binary, queer, gay.”

Takota came on social media to say she’s mentally stable, and her “comrade” Ezra has been a help in her life.
