Ray J Claims He Shot 3 Sex Tapes With Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner Picked the Best One

Ray J claims that there were three different sex tapes – two shot in Cabo, and one in Santa Barbara, and that Kris hand-picked the one in which Kim looked the best.

He also says in his contract with Vivid, Kim wrote the section describing the three tapes, and claims her handwriting is right there.

Under California law, via TMZ, the person whose image is portrayed in such a video must sign off either directly or through an agent in order for the distributor to have a solid legal position.

He also showed his DM messages to Kim, where he says he misses her and asks her to text him to catch up. She ignores his request, and according to TMZ, those connected to her believe it’s another reason why he’s upset with her.

Kim allegedly sued Vivid for invasion of privacy, claiming she never authorized its release, and said she ended up settling with Vivid and the suit was dropped. It was taken off the market months later after a “third party” bought it from Vivid.

Ray says both he and Kim struck a deal with Vivid for $400,000 upfront and 12.5% of the profits for each of them.

Ray J previously opened up about the situation, claiming both Kim and Kris were in on it, and shared alleged text messages.
