Pierce Brosnan Opens Up About Auditioning For 'Batman' & The 'Stupid' Comment He Made to Director Tim Burton

Pierce opened up about his audition during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In particular, there was one thing he said to Tim that he still remembers today.

“I remember saying something stupid to Tim Burton, like, ‘You know, I can’t understand any man who would wear his underpants outside his trousers,” he told host Jimmy Fallon. “But, there you go. The best man got the job.”
