Royal Reporter Reveals What Palace Has Stopped Doing for Kate Middleton's Official Appearances

A royal reporter is speaking out about something the Palace has stopped doing with regard to Catherine, Princess of Wales (aka Kate Middleton).

Routinely in the past, the Palace had always offered details about the former Duchess of Cambridge’s outfits, including brand names and styles.

Now, the Palace has stopped doing that, and a reason why is being theorized.

Royal correspondent Richard Palmer told Express that the Palace is “no longer giving out details of her outfits…I think they will on big [events] like when there’s a state banquet or things like that [or], you know, an overseas visit.”

He theorized about the reason why, stating, “I think the cost-of-living crisis may well be part of that as well. It’s not a good look, is it, to turn up to a food bank in a £3,000 coat.”

“But again, there’s always that difficult balance because people expect Princesses to look like a Princess. To look glamorous and to look something different from the people you see in the high street,” he continued. “You know, as ever, with her, I think she’ll mix and match.

“On some occasions, she’ll wear a £35-pound dress and then occasions where she’ll wear a £3,000 dress,” he added.

The Palace does not often issue statements about the personal lives of the royals, but they once did issue a rare statement with regard to the rumor that Kate Middleton got Botox injections done.
