Lea Michele Shares Rare Pics of Son Ever & Reflects On Whirlwind 2022

Lea Michele‘s 2022 was full of thrilling highs as she toured the country, performed at the Tony Awards and landed a dream role in the Broadway production of Funny Girl. However, some very personal family photos sum up the year best for her.

The 36-year-old actress took to social media to share two new photos of her young son Ever, who she shares with husband Zandy Reich.

In the caption, she reflected on her year and explained why these were the photos she most wanted to highlight. The proud mom also wrote a sweet message directly to her son.

Lea shared two pics of her 2-year-old son on Instagram – one of him with an oversized backpack and another of him riding on her shoulders.

“To find one photo to encapsulate this year was almost impossible. I put together a slide and there were too many to fit,” she wrote in the accompanying caption.

The star recapped her year and summed it up simply: “So much to be so incredibly thankful and grateful for.”

“But at the end of the day this photo says it all. September 6th was Evers first day of little school. It was a big day for our family. We packed his tiny bag and took pictures together in the morning. Hours later I would be performing on Broadway as Fanny Brice for the first time,” she recalled. “It was a big day for our little family. He didn’t know what I had ahead for me that day. And he won’t understand a lot of this for a while. But the great [Renee Elise Goldsberry] told me the other day that the blessings and gifts we receive in our life aren’t just for us but for our children.”

“So this is for you Ever. All of it. Always,” Lea vowed.
