“Amy and T.J are out, a decision has been made,” a source told Us Weekly. “The network is negotiating with them on their exit deals and an announcement.”

ABC has not yet publicly announced their decision, and Amy, 49, and T.J., 45, haven’t said anything publicly yet either.

Before this new report, TMZ reported that Amy and T.J. had both lawyered up and were planning on taking legal action against ABC if they were fired.

If you missed it, back on November 30, it was discovered that Amy and T.J. had been carrying on a secret relationship while both married to other people.

Amy and T.J. have since filed for divorce from their respective spouses and have been spending a lot of time together since then.

Amy and T.J. originally poked fun at the headlines about their relationship while appearing on the show in early December. On December 5, it was announced that they would be put on hiatus by ABC amid an internal investigation.
