Julia Fox Defends Walking in Alexander Wang's NYFW Show After Critics Respond

Julia Fox has issued a statement to fans after getting backlash for walking in the Alexander Wang show during New York Fashion Week.

The 33-year-old model and actress was just one of the many who hit the runway for the designer’s first show at NYFW since 2019, and many objected to her appearance there.

If you don’t know, Wang was at the center of sexual assault accusations, and Julia faced push back due to her association with the brand.

Following her appearance at the show, many criticized her appearance there, citing her past support of Amber Heard.

The backlash inspired Julia to issue a statement, which was taken from a fansite that was screenshot, via Glamour.

“2 b frank I love cancel culture but we do need to leave room for rehabilitation & for those who put in the work & heal & learn from their mistakes,” she apparently wrote in reply to the backlash.

Julia was spotted on the runway, wearing a sheer mesh dress, along with an oversized black blazer. You can see pics of her walking in the show on Just Jared here.
