The princess of pop and her actor husband were both spotted out without their wedding rings on, leading to questions about if they were headed toward a split.

A rep for Sam told Page Six that the couple is going strong and does not have any intention of breaking up. As for why the actor was seen without his ring on, he has taken it off for a role that he is in the midst of filming.

It is not immediately clear why Britney had her ring off in photos of herself on vacation with her friend and manager Cade Hudson.

Just last week, Sam revealed what he thought about his wife making a return to acting. He had some thoughts about the sort of movie that they could star in together.
