Eminem‘s oldest daughter Alaina Scott is clearing the air amid whispers that her father missed her wedding.

The 30-year-old mental health advocate married her longtime love Matt Moeller earlier this month. However, fans were unsure if Eminem was able to make it to the big day after he seemingly wasn’t featured in any photos Alaina shared.

She addressed the rumor in a new interview about her wedding.

In an interview with People, Alaina made it very clear that Eminem was by her side before she said “I do.” In fact, it was a family affair that included sister Hailie Jade as her maid of honor.

“I had an 80-ft long black and white checkered aisle and my dad walked me down the aisle,” she gushed about the special moment. “He wasn’t going to miss that.”

While the rap legend was there, she did hint that the guestlist was much more exclusive than most weddings.

“Getting married is a sacred thing and we wanted to be surrounded by people who share in our daily lives,” she reflected. “We did something super untraditional and didn’t allow many plus ones. This was important to us.”

She described the wedding as a “once-in-a-lifetime” moment.

“None of this would have been possible without my Dad. I’m beyond blessed,” Alaina added.
