Drew Carey Mourns Death of Bob Barker: 'I Will Carry His Memory in My Heart Forever'

Drew Carey is reacting to the death of Bob Barker.

On Saturday (August 26), it was announced that the legendary host of The Price Is Right had died at the age of 99.

Later in the day, Drew, 65, took to social media to mourn Bob‘s death.

“Very sad day for the Price Is Right family, and animal lovers all over the world,” Drew tweeted. “There hasn’t been a day on set that I didn’t think of Bob Barker and thank him. I will carry his memory in my heart forever. #RIPBobBarker We love you ❤️”

Bob hosted The Price Is Right for 35 years, from 1972 until he retired in 2007. Drew then took over hosting duties from Bob and has remained as the show’s host ever since.
