TikTok has also blocked the search term “WGA strike.”

It appears that TikTok is blocking results from any simple search that includes “WGA” in the search term as well, via Media Matters. Including “WGA” in addition to another word — like “WGA support” or “WGA strong” — blocks results.

At the same time, one popular daytime TV show just returned on Monday (September 11) amid criticism by the WGA, and audience members were kicked out of the audience for wearing pins in support of the protest.
