Cameron Boyce's Family Confirms He Suffered from Epilepsy

Cameron Boyce‘s family is speaking out with a new statement to confirm a report that has been spreading in the media this week.

The family confirmed that the 20-year-old actor suffered from Epilepsy, which is the ongoing medical condition that resulted in him having a seizure.

“Cameron’s tragic passing was due to a seizure as a result of an ongoing medical condition, and that condition was Epilepsy,” a spokesperson for the Boyce family told ABC News on Tuesday night (July 9).

“We are still trying to navigate our way through this extremely heart wrenching time, and continue to ask for privacy so that the family, and all who knew and loved him can grieve his loss and make arrangements for his funeral–which in and of itself, is agonizing,” the family added.
