Katy Perry Wears a Mint Suit to Court in 'Dark Horse' Copyright Legal Battle

Katy Perry is looking chic while showing up to court to defend her song.

The 34-year-old Witness singer wore a mint green double-breasted Versace suit jacket and matching pants with white Neous sandals and 8 Other Reasons hoop earrings to a courtroom on Thursday (July 18) in Los Angeles.

Katy, Juicy J and Dr. Luke were sued back in 2014 by Christian rappers Marcus Gray (also known as Flame) and Chike-Ojukwu, who claimed that “Dark Horse” ripped off their 2008 song “Joyful Noise.”

Katy is accused of “creating a false association between the music of ‘Joyful Noise and the anti-Christian witchcraft, paganism, black magic, and Illuminati imagery evoked by Defendants’ Song, especially in the music video version,” according to The Blast.
