MTV VMAs: These 19 Artists Have Shockingly Still Never Won!

The 2019 MTV Video Music Awards took place last night and several stars won their very first moonman, but there are still plenty of huge stars who have NEVER won one!

Can you believe that Mariah Carey has five Grammys, 15 Billboard Music Awards, and 10 American Music Awards, but no VMAs?!

Adele and Sam Smith are both Oscar AND Grammy winners, but have never picked up a moonman at the MTV awards show.

It’s important to note that we’re counting awards that the artists themselves are eligible for. While Adele‘s “Rolling in the Deep” video has actually won some VMAs, they were in the creative categories and the awards went to the people who did those jobs like Art Direction and Cinematography.

We’ve gathered 19 stars, including two who were nominated this year, who have surprisingly never won at the show.
