Kristen Stewart‘s character in Charlie’s Angels is “definitely gay,” director Elizabeth Banks confirmed in a new interview.

“Kristen’s character is definitely gay in the movie. I mean, she wanted to be gay in the movie and I’m like, ‘Yeah,’” Elizabeth said in an interview with Pride Source. “I made sure we kept that little moment in so that you understand what she was attracted to. And you’re welcome to talk to her about it. She loves to be open about it. I just wanted to make sure that she was able to present a character that she was fully behind.”

The three stars and Elizabeth promoted their new film, which is just a week away from arriving in theaters.

Ella opened up to Marie Claire magazine about the best part of the film – the friendship she shares with Kristen and Naomi on screen, and off-screen.

“We had so much fun. It was just brilliant,” she shared. “When Kristen and Naomi and I met, we all ran and gave each other a hug.”

Ella continues, “We’re all mates, and we’d go out to dinner or go do random stuff together on our days off, traveling to all those different countries. We just had a laugh.”

Charlie’s Angels opens in theaters on November 15th.

Hailee Steinfeld and Elizabeth Banks are working together again!

The 23-year-old Dickinson star has a cameo in Elizabeth‘s upcoming film, Charlie’s Angels.

Lili Reinhart, who also has a cameo, revealed the news on her Instagram with a few behind-the-scenes images.

“Good morning, Charlie 😇,” she started her Instagram caption with the signature phrase. “I was lucky enough to be an angel for a day while shooting a cameo for #CharliesAngels 👼🏼.”

Athletes Chloe Kim and Aly Raisman are the two others pictured that will pop up on the big screen in the flick.

Hailee previously worked with director Elizabethin the Pitch Perfect movies.

Across town, Kristen‘s co-stars Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska attended a special screening of Charlie’s Angels hosted by the movie’s director Elizabeth Banks.

The Charlie’s Angels soundtrack is out now!

If you didn’t know, Ariana Grande serves as co-executive producer on the soundtrack for the film that stars Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska.

We’ve already heard the 26-year-old singer’s new song “Don’t Call Me Angel” featuring Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey and she also sings on four other tracks on the soundtrack.

The star-studded lineup of artists also includes Nicki Minaj, Normani, Chaka Khan, Kim Petras, Danielle Bradbery, and more.

Charlie’s Angels will be out in theaters on November 15.

Ariana Grande has given fans a sneak peek at the upcoming Charlie’s Angels soundtrack!

The 26-year-old musician executive produced the soundtrack for the new film, which stars Naomi Scott, Kristen Stewart and Ella Balinska.

Earlier this month, Ariana took to Instagram to thank everyone involved and hype up the record: “The charlie’s angels soundtrack is available for preorder now ! excited and honored to have so many phenomenal, bad ass mf women involved in this incredibly special project.”

“We’re all so excited for you to hear this poppy, mildly trappy at times, action filled, dream of a soundtrack. these songs are so right for this film! this has been such a unique and exciting experience for me and i’m so excited to see it and scream whenever i hear all my friends’ voices.”
