Aaron Tveit & Karen Olivo to Star in 'Moulin Rouge' the Musical

The cast of the pre-Broadway run of Moulin Rouge! the Musical has been announced!

Aaron Tveit will play Ewan McGregor‘s Christian while Tony winner Karen Olivo will step into the shoes of Nicole Kidman‘s Satine.

Also starring in the cast are Danny Burstein as Harold Zidler, Sahr Ngaujah as Toulouse-Lautrec, Ricky Rojas as Santiago, Robyn Hurder as Nini, and Tam Mutu as The Duke of Montroth.

This could be Aaron‘s first appearance in a Broadway show since 2011′s Catch Me If You Can if he leads the show in New York. He most recently starred in the CBS series Braindead and led the cast of Fox’s Grease: Live two years ago.

Karen won a Tony for her work in West Side Story and she most recently played Angelica in the Chicago production of Hamilton.

Ben Platt & Anthony Rapp Step Out To Support 'The Low Road' Opening Night!

Ben Platt and Anthony Rapp are dapper as they hit the red carpet at the opening night party for The Low Road held at The Public Theater on Wednesday (March 7) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actor and Anthony, 46, were joined at the event by Danny Burstein, Annaleigh Ashford, Joe Tapper and Annie Parisse, as well as the stars of the Off-Broadway play Harriet Harris, Chukwudi Iwuji, Chris Perfetti, Daniel Davis, Tessa Albertson, Susannah Perkins, Danny Wolohan, Crystal Dickinson, Aaron Michael Ray and Johnny Newcomb.

Billed as a “parable about the true cost of inequality,” the play follows the young man’s path to riches at whatever cost.

It was recently announced that Ben has landed his first movie role after his Tony win for Dear Evan Hansen!

Logan Lerman & Sarah Gadon Bring 'Indignation' To NYC - Watch New Clip!

Logan Lerman is dapper in a suit while attending the premiere of his latest film Indignation held at the Museum of Modern Art on Monday (July 25) in New York City.

The 24-year-old actor was joined at the event by his co-stars Sarah Gadon, Philip Ettinger, Noah Robbins, Linda Emond, Danny Burstein, Pico Alexander, Ben Rosenfield, director James Schamus, as well as Lena Hall, Colby Minifie, Zach Grenier and Elvy Yost.

Indignation centers on the 18-year-old son (Lerman) of a kosher butcher in Newark who grapples with anti-Semitism, sexual repression and the escalating Korean War as he comes of age at a Midwestern Lutheran college. Into his life comes Olivia Hutton (Gadon). Blonde and pretty, Olivia goes on a date with Marcus and is attracted to his intensity – Watch a brand new clip from the film below!

Josh Groban's High School 'Fiddler' Performance Played at Tony Awards 2016 (Video)

Josh Groban wears a gray ribbon to honor the Orlando victims at the 2016 Tony Awards held at the Beacon Theatre on Sunday (June 12) in New York City.

The 35-year-old singer, who will make his Broadway debut later this year, presented the performance from Fiddler on the Roof featuring Tony nominee Danny Burstein.

While bringing him to the stage, host James Corden said that the connection between the singer and the show is that Josh starred as Tevye in his high school production of Fiddler. He then showed a video of the performance, which you can watch below!

Make sure to get your tickets to see Josh in Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812. It opens in November!

Cynthia Erivo & Jane Krakowski Win Big at Drama Desk Awards 2016!

Cynthia Erivo and Jane Krakowski win big at the 2016 Drama Desk Awards held at Anita’s Way on Sunday (June 5) in New York City.

Cynthia, who stars in The Color Purple revival, won for Outstanding Actress in a Musical, while Jane, who stars in She Loves Me, won for Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical.

Also winning big that evening were Fiddler on the Roof‘s Danny Burstein and WaitressChristopher Fitzgerald for their roles in their respective musicals.

Other musical theater actors in attendance included She Loves Me cast members Laura Benanti, Zachary Levi, and Nicholas Barasch, Waitress composer and lyricist Sara Bareilles and star of the show Jessie Mueller, Bright Star‘s Carmen Cusack and AJ Shivley, The Color Purple‘s Danielle Brooks, and Broadway stars Khris Davis, Montego Glover and Laura Osnes.

Sienna Miller Has Had Nightmares About Starring in 'Cabaret'

Sienna Miller is presented with a giant bouquet of flowers during her curtain call for her opening night performance in Cabaret on Tuesday (February 17) at Studio 54 in New York City.

The 33-year-old actress took over the role from Emma Stone and will play the part of Sally Bowles for the next six weeks.

Sienna appeared on Good Morning America the day before and talked about the nightmares she has had about not being sexy enough for the show.

“It’s a really saucy part and there are gorgeous costumes and in one of the scenes I do this dance… in this sexy black cap, but I had this dream that I did the first show and my boyfriend [Tom Sturridge] came backstage and said it was really underwhelming,” Sienna said. “He was like, ‘You’ve got to pick it up.’ [Co-star] Alan Cumming wouldn’t look me in the eye… and I woke up in [a panic].”

Emma Stone Takes Her Opening Night Bow in 'Cabaret'!

Emma Stone takes her bow during her opening night performance in the Broadway revival production of Cabaret on Tuesday (November 11) at Studio 54 in New York City.

The 26-year-old actress, who just celebrated her birthday a few days ago, replaced Michelle Williams in the lead female role of Sally Bowles and according to some early fan reports, she is giving one amazing performance!

Emma was joined on stage by her co-stars Alan Cumming, Linda Emond, and Danny Burstein.
