Elisabetta Canalis flashes a smile while leaving Dancing with the Stars practice on Tuesday (August 30) at a studio in Hollywood.

The 32-year-old Italian model and actress called the chance to compete on the show’s 13th season “a dream.”

“Everybody I talk to says they have so much fun and all of them tell me it’s going to be the greatest experience of my life,” she told People.

The 32-year-old Italian actress and former girlfriend of George Clooney has signed on to join the cast, according to E! Online.

Elisabetta Canalis leaves Ago after having dinner with a group of girlfriends on Thursday (August 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 32-year-old Italian model and actress, along with some pals including actress Carla Gugino, sipped white wine and feasted on chef Agostino Sciandri‘s house specialties of filet mignon and langostine.

Elisabetta announced in June that she and George Clooney were calling it quits after a two-year romance.

The 50-year-old Ides of March actor has since reportedly been spending time with former DWTS contestant and WWE star Stacy Keibler.

“[The breakup] is a very personal and sad matter, and Elisabetta wants it to remain that way. She will be taking some time … and then will face the press. She has not authorized me to say when the split happened,” her publicist said in a statement (via People).

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis have split after a two-year romance.

The 50-year-old actor and Elisabetta, 32, released a joint statement on Wednesday (June 22) confirming their breakup.

“We are not together anymore. It’s very difficult and very personal, and we hope everyone can respect our privacy,” George and Elisabetta said (via People).

Earlier in the week, Elisabetta sat front row at the DSquared2 fashion presentation in Milan, Italy.

George and Elisabetta were last photographed together in mid-June as they went out to dinner together in Como, Italy.
