Ellie Goulding and her husband Caspar Jopling make their exit out of Casa Cruz restaurant on Thursday night (July 9) in the Notting Hill neighborhood of London, England.

The married couple went on a double date with their friends Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank.

Ellie has been close with the royal family for years and she was one of the many celebrity guests who attended Eugenie‘s royal wedding back in October 2018.

Eugenie was on the star-studded guest list at Ellie‘s wedding in August 2019 as well!

In less than a week, Ellie has a brand new album coming out and she made the physical copies eco-friendly.

The 33-year-old “Slow Grenade” singer dropped a set of photos on her Instagram on Thursday (July 2).

In the photos, Ellie showed off her toned figure.

“These boots and fake tan are made for album release month 🤪💙,” she captioned the set of photos.

Ellie is about to drop her latest album, Brightest Blue, this month.

The album is made up of two parts: Brightest Blue, and EG.0.

Ellie says the first half “reflects my vulnerability… it acknowledges a complex world where relationships still dictate our happiness and heartbreak and can still be the most painful thing in the world, no matter how enlightened you are. The tracks also symbolize growing up and becoming a woman.”

The second half “encapsulates my confident, brave and fearless side and features all my recent collaborations. I often find myself writing about my thoughts and emotions in a way that I know will be catchy and memorable. I will always seek to use my voice in ways that no one would ever expect and look to collaborate with the least likely, exciting and eclectic group of other artists.”

Ellie Goulding has dropped the first single from her upcoming album, Brightest Blue, called “Slow Grenade”!

In a new interview with Apple Music, the -year-old singer dished about the track which she teamed up with Lauv on.

“I have to admit that this song, this song with Lauv is as you know, I love writing pop records. I feel like there’s a real art to it,” Ellie shared. “It’s hard to write a song that everybody loves, especially these days, it’s there’s so much music out and so much good music out there, and sometimes I discover the most incredible pop records that have never been played on the radio, never been streamed, never been in the big streaming playlist or whatever.”

She continued, “I’ve realized that it’s harder and harder to find that music, but with this song, it’s definitely way more of what I see as a character where I have been able to — For example ‘close to me’ with Wes and Swae Lee, I feel I got to play a kind of character in some weird way where I got to be this really confident person.”

“I think this song was just to me really uplifting, but also kind of a ballad, some twisted kind of ballad,” Ellie added.

Ellie Goulding has posted a message about white privilege and the ability to learn.

“After being initially horrified I [spent] the past few days learning and listening, opening my ears to voices that have been protesting this for years and dedicating their lives to it, to voices I am ashamed that I didn’t listen to more, to history I safely and comfortably knew a bit about but not enough.”

“I’m letting you all know that I am now a student of this forever, so that I can become an ally. I am confronting the truths head on. I am recognizing unconscious bias. I am consciously understanding white privilege and how it got the most of us to where we are now,” she continued.

She added, “to the protestors out there, I am here for you and here to fight with you.”

The 33-year-old “Love Me Like You Do” singer revealed the details of her fourth studio album, Brightest Blue, on Wednesday (May 27).

The album will be released on July 17, and is now available to pre-order right here.

The album is made up of two parts: Brightest Blue, executive produced by Ellie and Joe Kearns, and EG.0, and features contributions from old and new collaborators like Starsmith, ILYA and Jim Eliot.

The 33-year-old singer debuted her new song, “Power,” on Thursday (May 21).

The accompanying music video was shot in isolation amid the global health crisis.

“I wanted to release this song off my upcoming album as a preview into the world my new album is in! ‘Power’ is about relationships in the 21st century, how they can now be dictated by social media, superficiality and material things. Dating can sometimes start out with lies or embellishments. The girl in the song is disillusioned by love and the cruel, good looking, self-obsessed people she keeps ending up with,” Ellie explains of the song.

The song also interpolates Dua Lipa‘s hit, “Be the One.”

Ellie Goulding reveals she fasts for up to 40 hours at a time, but wants to assure worried fans that her method has been “okayed by a doctor pal.”

“I do it very safely by having a purposefully nutritious food day the day before and after,” the 33-year-old entertainer said to the Mirror. “On the fast day, I drink high-grade electrolytes and a LOT of water (plus tea and coffee). Fasting is safe and beneficial unless you are diabetic or have serious health issues.”

“I built my way up to 40-hour fasts over time (started with 12). Fasting from time to is a great way to give your digestive system a break,” Ellie added. “It helps blood sugar control, and helps fight inflammation – the mother of ALL health problems.”

Ellie recently revealed she has an addiction.
