The Black Eyed Peas are talking Fergie.

The “RITMO” hit-makers, who just dropped a new album called Translation, got candid about why longtime member Fergie isn’t with them at the moment in a Billboard interview.

When asked whether Fergie‘s heard the new album, will.i.am said: “She hasn’t heard it. She’s going to hear it when everybody else hears it. I hope she likes it. We try to keep in touch. We reach out every once in a while and say our hellos and happy birthdays and Merry Christmas and Happy Easter.”

“She knows where we’re at! We’re at the studio. And we love her, and she’s focusing on being a mom. That’s a hard job, and that’s what she really wants to do and we’re here for her, and she knows how to contact us for a retreat or a breakaway. It’s really the way Fergie designed it, so we’re respecting her design. We love Fergie, and we don’t want anything but awesomeness for her,” he continued.

“Fergie is our sister. So even with these small connections, she’s always going to be our sister. But unfortunately our schedule is displaced by [her] wanting to be a great mom, and she wants to focus on that. And like Will said, we support her 100%,” added Apl.de.ap.

Fergie is teaching her son about the importance of fighting for what’s right.

The 45-year-old singer and fashion designer took to her Instagram on Sunday (June 14) to share a video of herself attending a Black Lives Matter protest with son Axl, 6.

Fergie captioned the video “It starts at home” while sharing clips of herself and Axl wearing masks and gloves while carrying a sign that read, “Racism Must Stop #BlackLivesMatter”.

Fergie has been very vocal while showing her support for the Black Lives Matter movement.

“Thank you to all of the protestors who have stepped outside their homes during a global pandemic, come together with their communities, and stood up for change as the frontline against racial injustice,” Fergie wrote along with a video of protesters. “My unconditional allegiance is with all of you and with the entire #BlackLivesMatter movement. Let’s continue pushing forward so that the children of this nation don’t have to live in fear.”

Fergie and Josh Duhamel have officially finalized their divorce and agreed on a custody arrangement for their 6-year-old son Axl.

The 44-year-old “Big Girls Don’t Cry” singer and the 47-year-old Safe Haven actor announced their split two years ago and filed for divorce in May.

The two will share joint legal and physical custody of Axl, ET reports.

Furthermore, neither parent will receive child support or alimony since they are both “fully self-supporting.”

Fergie will also now go by her maiden name, Stacy Ann Ferguson.

“Fergie has always put health and parenting first in her life,” a source told the outlet. “She is finally ready to say [her marriage] is over for good and that’s what led her to file for divorce. Fergie finally had the strength to say her marriage to Josh was over once and for all.”

Josh Duhamel is currently rumored to be dating former Miss World America Audra Mari.

The 44-year-old “Fergalicious” entertainer and the 50-year-old musician got all dressed up and were spotted chatting the night away with friends as they sipped on Elyx cocktails.

The private home of Jonas Tahlin, CEO of Absolut Elyx, was transformed into an elaborate festive wonderland scene to celebrate the start of the holiday season. Absolut Elyx, created a number of bespoke festival cocktails for the evening, including ‘Felix Navidad’, ‘Julemus Spritz’ and ‘Jingle Bell’, all made with Absolut Elyx and festive flavors.

Other guests included drag queens Gottmik and Laganja Estranja as well as Dragula stars Loris and Misty Violet.

The Black Eyed Peas just performed at the 2019 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade – only, Fergie didn’t join them…and now, the whole Internet is wondering why!

The 44-year-old singer is known for many hits with the music group, including “Where Is The Love” and “I Gotta Feeling,” but she did not join them for their 2019 performance.

Immediately after the Black Eyed Peas performance, viewers took to social media to question her whereabouts.

If you didn’t know, the group made a comeback in 2017 without Fergie.

At the time two years ago, her rep said to InTouch Weekly that she was “concentrating on her new album and can’t wait for fans to hear it.”

“Fergie is family and will always be a Pea. She is focused on her solo album which we fully support,” will.i.am also said at the time before the release of her studio album, Double Dutchess.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are officially divorced, over two years after announcing their separation.

The former couple officially filed their divorce settlement with the courthouse on Friday, TMZ reports.

The terms of the agreement are not yet public, as they’re still waiting for a judge to sign off.

They didn’t officially file for divorce until May of 2019. They share a six-year-old son named Axl.

Meanwhile, if you missed it, Fergie recently revealed she is changing her name after her divorce from Josh Duhamel.
