Gilmore Girls' Scott Patterson Reveals What's Next for Luke & Lorelai

SPOILERS! Don’t continue reading if you haven’t finished Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

Scott Patterson, who plays Luke Danes, is reacting to that amazing ending for Luke and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) – and what could be next for the couple.

“I think being married to that girl is going to be a really good thing,” Scott told ET about Luke and Lorelai getting married at the end of the four episode revival. “We’re going to have a lot of babies!”

“[It felt] pretty good, pretty good, yeah. And the way we did it was pretty clever I thought. I think it was the most personal way to do it and it had the most dramatic impact,” he added of the decision to make Luke and Lorelai finally wed. While it could be nice to see Luke and Lorelai have kids, part of the story did focus on their decision to forego surrogacy as a way to have a child.

Since the series was released on Netflix, fans want to know if there’s a possibility of more episodes. See what the cast had to say about the notion of reuniting again.

This Famous Chef Talks Replacing Melissa McCarthy's Sookie on 'Gilmore Girls'

While Melissa McCarthy could only film a short cameo in Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, the producers got some celeb chefs to replace her character Sookie in the series!

Rachael Ray was one of the chefs who filmed a small part and now she’s speaking out about the experience.

“I was so nervous. I mean, I’m not an actress. Everything we do is unscripted, but I was so impressed that the food stylist made all my food…She made all my real food, so it was kinda cool! I’ve only been real-fired once in life, and I was kind of embarrassed that I got fake-fired on the show, but if it brought back Melissa McCarthy, that’s fine with me,” Rachael told ET.

“Lauren I’ve known for years, she’s one of our favorite guests [on The Rachael Ray Show], and I just think she’s such a delight to be around,” Rachael added. “She makes everybody feel at ease. She’s so lovely and a great actress, [and she] calmed me right down on set!”

“[Stars Hollow] was so charming. Really the cutest film town ever and it reminded me of my hometown in upstate New York, so it was almost like a vacation,” Rachael gushed.

Gilmore Girls' Alexis Bledel & Matt Czuchry Discuss Shocking Rory & Logan Reveal

SPOILERS! Don’t continue reading if you haven’t finished Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

Alexis Bledel and Matt Czuchry are discussing the choice to have their characters Rory and Logan in a heated affair throughout Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

Throughout the four, ninety-minute long episodes, it is revealed that Rory is in a relationship and Logan is engaged, yet they’ve been engaging in an affair whenever she’s in London.

“I think they were both in the same place at the same time,” Matt told ET. “Rory and Logan have always had a love for each other that has gone back and forth, and they’ve never really wanted to say goodbye. They’re both in the same place at the same time in this particular story, so it’s a mutual relationship that they’re carrying on.”

“It did surprise me,” Alexis said. “And I think it’s a little uncomfortable for [Rory] even though she’s kind of putting on a brave face that she’s fine with it. I think she’s actually not that emotionally connected to it. I think she’s kind of just going through the motions at this point when we pick up with them.”

Of course, the reveal at the end of the series was huge for Gilmore Girls fans. The famous last four words – revealing that Rory is pregnant – could be referring to a Logan baby!

Reese Witherspoon & Wild's Cheryl Strayed React to 'Gilmore Girls' Shout Outs!

CAUTION! Minor spoilers ahead if you haven’t finished Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life on Netflix!

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life‘s episodes of Summer and Fall heavily mentioned the hit movie and book Wild, written by Cheryl Strayed and starring Reese Witherspoon (as Cheryl).

“Gobsmacked & honored by the Wild homage in @gilmoregirls Year in the Life. I watched it yesterday with my daughter, Bobbi (who is named after my mother). Like so many people, in Lorelai and Rory, I see pieces of myself, my mother, and my daughter. That scene when Lorelai wanders behind the closed store near the trail and looks out across the wild landscape then calls her mom? Took my breath away and made me cry (after laughing at so many others parts). I reached for my daughter’s hand and told her someday she’d understand why I was crying. She said, “I understand already, Mom.” Amy Sherman-Palladino, Daniel Palladino, Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel and all the people who made this show: thank you. Y’all touched so many of our hearts. #gilmoregirls #staywild,” Cheryl wrote on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Reese took to Twitter to express her thoughts!

Will 'Gilmore Girls' Return with More Episodes? Stars React...

After you finish the fourth and final episode of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, you’re going to be begging for more episodes. So… is another season to come?

Everyone is freaking out about the “last four words” of the series because of the massive cliffhanger it ended the show on, so fans are hoping more episodes are to come.

DID YOU KNOW? Someone plays two different roles in A Year in the Life!

One good sign is that Netflix denotes the episodes as being part of “season one.”

Alexis Bledel was asked by Entertainment Tonight to comment on the possibility of continuing the series. “It all depends on the story,” she responded. “And I don’t know, I feel so grateful to get to do [Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life] that I’m not even looking forward necessarily at the prospect of doing more. I also feel like it’s such a special story that I don’t want to exploit it, or do too much, you know?”
