Grant Bowler pulls Lindsay Lohan out onto the balcony of a yacht while filming a fight scene for their new film Liz & Dick on Monday (June 4) in Los Angeles.

The 25-year-old actress and the 43-year-old True Blood actor got the difficult scene out of the way during the first official day of filming.

Lindsay Lohan dips her head back as Grant Bowler kisses her neck in this first official photo from the set of their new film, Liz & Dick.

The 25-year-old actress is tackling the role of Elizabeth Taylor in the film while the 43-year-old True Blood actor is playing her love interest Richard Burton.

Lindsay started filming the Lifetime flick on Monday (June 4) and was spotted in a leopard-print swimsuit aboard a yacht. Later in the day, she switched into a white dress to film more scenes (pictured below).

Grant Bowler has been cast as Lindsay Lohan‘s love interest in Lifetime’s upcoming biopic Liz & Dick, Deadline reports.

The 43-year-old actor – whose previous credits include True Blood and Ugly Betty – will take on the role of Hollywood icon Richard Burton, while Lindsay, 25, will play Elizabeth Taylor.

“Grant will add gravitas to our couple and bring to life one of the greatest actors who has ever lived,” said executive producer Larry A. Thompson.

Liz & Dick is slated to start filming June 4. The film centers around the couple who “despite their roller coaster romance for the public eye to see … shared an undeniable love greater than most people could have ever dreamed.”
