Chris Pratt, Anna Faris, and their adorable son Jack, 2, hang out in this adorable photo, provided to Redbook magazine for her special March 2015 cover story!

Here’s what the 38-year-old Mom star had to share with the mag:

On having Jack 9 weeks early: “My water broke in the middle of the night at seven months. We rushed to the hospital, and they were able to halt active labor with magnesium. I was at the hospital and the goal was to be in bed for four weeks….but on the seventh day, I went into labor again. I was in denial. For hours I was like, ‘I’m just having indigestion.’ Chris and I were so scared, but then Jack came out, even though he was so tiny, he looked so good to us.”

On the early birthing experience affecting her and Chris: “It’s one of those things that drives you apart or makes you closer. I think that being a father is very meaningful and rewarding to Chris. He’s a great dad. He’s a little more serious than he was before. It forces your hand. You really have to become an adult.”

On Chris losing 65 pounds: “I just remember being grumpy because there was no food in the house. I love to cook really fattening things like steak and pasta and potatoes. I bake banana bread. But it’s okay. I love Chris ripped and I love him a little rounder, too.”

Chris Pratt has a laugh while sitting in courtside seats at the Los Angeles Lakers game on Friday (January 9) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old actor recently opened up on Ellen about his son Jack.

“He says amazing things, profound things,” Chris said. “I was sitting down the other day and I said, ‘You know Jack, there’s a lot of people here, and it’s very loud, and people are gonna be having a lot of fun. And there might even be some tension.’ And he just said, ‘It’s family.’ I almost started crying. I was like, ‘Thank you son, you’re right.’ He’s like my therapist.”

Anna Faris and Allison Janney are as colorful as can be while attending the media day for the 2015 People’s Choice Awards on Monday (January 5) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles.

The Mom co-stars will be the co-hosts for the awards show, airing TONIGHT at 9/8c on CBS.

Anna opened up to ET Canada about why her husband Chris Pratt might not be in attendance at the show.

“I am going to walk the red carpet with my co-star, co-host Allison Janney,” she said. “My son [Jack] is having eye surgery the next morning, so we’ll see what happens, he may come, but he may not.”

The day before, Anna shared the cutest picture of her husband Chris Pratt and son Jack.

Chris Pratt and his wife Anna Faris hold their adorable two-year-old son Jack in this super cute photo posted on Twitter to celebrate Thanksgiving while in Hawaii!

The trio all had on matching Seattle Seahawks jerseys to support their favorite team in the game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Anna live tweeted her Thanksgiving day and here are a couple things she wrote: “My mom just said that my 2 year old is smarter than I’ll ever be. I sort of agree. Is this a sort of humble brag?”; “My son just told me I had a mustache like daddy’s. #ThanksgivingThrowdown.”

Chris also took to his Facebook to post a video of himself and Jack watching a bird catch a lizard and eat it right in front of them!

Chris Pratt shows off his newly muscular body while running some errands and picking up coffee at a local Starbucks on Friday (May 3) in Hollywood.
