Tom Welling is officially divorced.
According to TMZ, the 38-year-old Smallville alum has reached a settlement with his wife of 10 years, Jamie White.
The site reports that Tom will pay her spousal support for five years, including 20 percent of his net professional income. However, if he earns more than $5 million a year, he keeps it.
The former couple reportedly divided other assets as well, like their horse farm in Florida and a home in Massachusetts. Jamie apparently gets to keep all the horses except one, which will go to Tom.
Jamie initially filed for divorce back in October 2013, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
