Robin Thicke has reportedly been allowed to spend more time with his son despite ex-wife Paula Patton‘s domestic abuse restraining order.

The 39-year-old “Blurred Lines” singer took their six-year-old son Julian to Kids World on Saturday (February 4) in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.

Although Paula currently has sole legal custody of Julian, she has reportedly agreed to allow Robin to visit with their son three days a week at a neutral location until the next hearing on February 24, as long as a court-appointed monitor is present.

The court-appointed monitor was reportedly with Robin at Kids World, as Paula still wants Julian to have relationship with his dad.

The 39-year-old entertainer saw his six-year-old son on Friday (January 27), according to People.

Just a day earlier, Paula was granted sole legal custody of Julian while Robin was given supervised visitation three days a week at a neutral location until the next hearing on February 24

According to the source, Robin‘s girlfriend April Love Geary picked up Julian on Friday, the same day that Robin coincidentally cancelled a scheduled appearance.

“He’s taking this extremely seriously, and it’s unfortunate and very difficult when you’re on the receiving end of a campaign of negativity,” the source added.

Another source added that Robin also decided against spending time with Julian the rest of the weekend.

Paula Patton has made some shocking claims about her ex-husband Robin Thicke. She says that he physically abused her while they were married.

The 39-year-old singer just lost temporary custody of their son Julian after he was accused of child abuse. Paula was also issued a domestic violence restraining order, which means Robin can’t go near her or their child for the time being.

The restraining order stems from an incident that happened at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2013. Paula says that she and Robin got into a fight and that he hit her upper body with a closed fist, pushed her to the ground, and threatened to “bash my f–king head in” multiple times, according to TMZ.

Paula also claims that Robin had a serious cocaine problem, that he cheated on her in 2013, and that he screamed in front of her and Julian during a visit to her on set in February 2013.

Robin Thicke has temporarily lost custody of his child Julian, 6, with ex wife Paula Patton.

On Thursday (January 26), Robin and Paula rushed to court, where they both were requesting temporary sole custody. Robin was denied, and the judge issued Paula a domestic violence restraining order, meaning Robin cannot go near Julian or Paula for the time being, TMZ reports.

In addition, Robin‘s lawyer is now claiming that the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is actually investigating Paula, and Robin apparently has been cleared as the accusations are unfounded.

It all started earlier this month when Robin was accused of child abuse. The custody arrangement has been in question since this incident.

Paula Patton and Robin Thicke allegedly attended a therapy session with their son Julian amid their reportedly messy custody case.

“While Julian did remain with his mother this weekend, the entire family – Paula, Robin and Julian �” met with a therapist on Saturday. They are all working with the therapist to come to a resolution and are listening to whatever the therapist recommends. The plans are to continue working with the therapist in this way to resolve this. This is their plan to move forward,” a source told Us Weekly.

If you missed it, it was revealed last week that Robin was accused of child abuse after Julian told his school that he was hit by his father. This caused Paula to attempt to change their custody agreement. Later on in the week, Robin wanted to see Julian and brought sheriffs to Paula‘s home to attempt to see his son.

Robin Thicke may have won a recent custody battle against his ex wife Paula Patton amid child abuse claims but he’s still having trouble seeing his six-year-old son Julian.

According to TMZ, after the custody hearing, Robin contacted Paula asking to take Julian for the night, which he is allowed to do, but she did not reply.

The following morning, Robin showed up to Paula‘s home with local sheriffs on the grounds she was violating their custody order.

After speaking with Julian, the sheriffs agreed that they would not take the child against his will, who reportedly said that he did not want to go with Robin.
