Pauline Chalamet, who is Timothee Chalamet‘s sister, has just been cast in Mindy Kaling‘s latest project on HBO Max.
The actress, who has previously starred in The King of Staten Island, will join Amrit Kaur, Reneé Rapp and Alyah Chanelle Scott in The Sex Lives of College Girls.
The series was greenlit for 13 episodes on HBO Max, and Mindy is the series’ executive producer, Variety revealed.
The show centers on four roommates at Essex College, a prestigious New England university, who are described as “equal parts lovable and infuriating.”
Pauline will play Kimberly, who is smart, caring, earnest, and ambitious, she’s prepared for college academically — but not so much socially, and Amrit is Bela, a comedy-obsessed, super confident cornball from the affluent suburbs of northern New Jersey who is never afraid to say what she’s thinking.
Meanwhile, Renee is Leighton, a normal, classy girl from a great family who others think is blunt, judgmental, and beyond entitled; and Alyah will play Whitney, a strong and self-assured with a dry sense of humor, and the only daughter of the most powerful Black senator in the country.
Earlier this year, Pauline was seen out and about with Timothee in New York City. See the pics here…
