Rich the Kid was arrested on Monday afternoon (March 15) while going through security at LAX Airport.

The 28-year-old rapper reportedly had a loaded gun in his carry-on luggage and he was arrested for possession of a concealed weapon, according to TMZ.

A video was released of Rich the Kid being taken out of the airport by the police shortly after 1pm PT on Monday afternoon. You can watch by clicking here.

Just hours before the arrest, Rich the Kid posted a video of himself on Instagram Stories that showed him smoking a blunt in a car, seemingly on the way to the airport. He was wearing the same outfit as in the arrest video.

Rich the Kid had a bit of a rough year in 2020 after being sued several times. He faced lawsuits from a management company, a jewelry store, and the fashion brand Fashion Nova.

The rappers, ages 27 and 37, respectively, shared their collaboration with fans on Friday (March 13).

“And she bad like a Barbie (She bad),” Rich sings in the chorus. “My car foreign, it’s a ‘Rari (Skrrt) / I was pulling up like, ‘Pardon me’ (Woo) / This is a push start, no car keys (No car keys, skrrt).”

“Not Sorry” is included on Rich the Kid‘s 19-track new album Boss Man, which also features Lil Baby, DaBaby, Post Malone, Lil Tjay, NBA Youngboy, London On Da Track, and Quavo.

Brittany Snow turned heads while arriving at the Dior Hudson Yards Opening event in New York City on Thursday night (September 12).

The 33-year-old Almost Family star wore the sleekest look for the fashion event, which she attended with Lucy Hale, Margarita Levieva, Vashtie Kola, Christie Tyler, Aysha Snow, Aurora James, Emm Arruda, Rich the Kid, Brendan Fallis, and Moti Ankari at the event to wrap up New York Fashion Week.

FYI: Lucy wore a Dior Fall-Winter 2019 tulle dress with taffeta top. She also wore J’adior shoes. Brittany wore a Dior Cruise 2019 striped cotton denim jacket and cropped jean. She also wore a Dior belt, clutch, J’adior shoes, and jewelry.

Usher and rapper Rich the Kid were involved in an attack that happened at Westlake Recording Studio on Tuesday afternoon (February 12) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The two entertainers and their entourage members were attacked in broad daylight, according to TMZ.

A man opened fired and possibly as many as 10 shots were fired as he ran away from the studio. Usher was inside the studio and not hurt while Rich was outside when it all happened.

The suspects robbed the entourage of cash and jewelry. Hours before the incident happened, Rich took to Instagram and shared a photo of himself posing with stacks of cash.

Police are currently at the scene of the crime and looking for the suspects.

Tyga has released a new song!

The 29-year-old rapper just dropped his new single “Girls Have Fun” featuring Rich The Kid, G-Eazy, and DJ Snake.

Chris Brown is heading out on the road again!

The superstar will be teaming up with special guests, including 6lack, H.E.R. and Rich The Kid, on a 27-city trek across the country, he announced on Tuesday (March 27).

The tour will kick off in Seattle, Washington and make stops all over the United States before coming to an end in Las Vegas on August 4.
