The 36-year-old actor starred alongside Meghan Markle on the hit TV series Suits and they tied the knot on screen at the end of the most recent season.

Patrick and Troian, best known for her work on Pretty Little Liars, have been married since 2016.

Before the wedding he tweeted, “Going to bed now and thinking a lot about the strange surreal and wonderful day my friend Meghan is going to have tomorrow. Meghan – wherever you are – we are so grateful to be here to watch you both take this monumental step together. Love deeply and live well.”

Meghan Markle‘s father Thomas Markle was unable to attend the Royal Wedding due to his health issues, but he is speaking out after the big event!

Thomas suffered a heart attack earlier this month and then there was the paparazzi scandal in which it was revealed that he staged photos of himself ahead of the wedding. After bowing out of the wedding to not embarrass Meghan and Prince Harry, he revealed his intentions to try and attend. In the end, he needed surgery on his heart and could not make the trip to England.

Thomas tells TMZ that he watched the royal wedding in California and that it was “emotional and joyful.”

“My baby looks beautiful and she looks very happy. I wish I were there and I wish them all my love and all happiness,” he said in his statement.

Prince Charles walked the bride down the aisle in his place.

Elton John is joined by husband David Furnish while arriving for the Royal Wedding at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on Saturday morning (May 19) in Windsor, England.

The 71-year-old entertainer performed at the afternoon reception, Kensington Palace confirmed.

Elton canceled the final two shows of his Las Vegas residency so that he would be able to attend Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s wedding.

While inside the chapel, Elton was seen chatting with fellow singer James Blunt, as well as the Beckhams. Another musical star spotted at the wedding was Joss Stone.

One of the most amazing moments of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s wedding was when a gospel choice performed a stunning rendition of the classic song “Stand By Me.”

Karen Gibson and the Kingdom Choir performed the song from the West End of St. George’s Chapel at the wedding on Saturday (May 19) at Windsor Castle in Windsor, England.

The choir has previously performed for the royal family at Queen Elizabeth‘s Golden Jubilee back in 2002, but it was a monumental moment for a gospel choir to be included in a royal wedding.

“When the night has come, and the land is dark, and the moon is the only light we see. No, I won’t be afraid. Oh, I won’t be afraid. Just as long as you stand, stand by me,” the lyrics to the song read.

Queen Elizabeth has arrived!

The 92-year-old Queen of England and husband Prince Phillip pull up to the Royal Wedding at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on Saturday morning (May 19) in Windsor, England.

The Queen went bright and colorful in a lime green jacket and matching hat with a purple feather on it while her 96-year-old husband looked handsome in a black tux as they attended their grandson Prince Harry‘s wedding to Meghan Markle.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share their first kiss as a married couple after leaving St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle following the Royal Wedding on Saturday (May 19) in Windsor, England.

The 33-year-old royal and the 36-year-old former Suits actress did not kiss at the altar, but instead had their first kiss in front of spectators on the steps of the church.

Prince William and Kate Middleton had their first kiss on the balcony of Kensington Palace, but since Harry and Meghan will not be making an appearance on a balcony, they had their kiss outside of the church.

The newlyweds got into a carriage and departed the church for a ride through Windsor, where they waved to thousands of spectators along the route.

Harry and Meghan are now royally known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
