The Broadway stars just announced that they are expecting their second child via surrogate after welcoming their daughter Rafa into the world back in 2021.
Kyle, 41, and Taylor, 34, aren’t just actors – they help other hopeful parents in the surrogacy process through their company Elevate.

Kyle Richards is making movies again!
The 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is set to appear in The Holiday Exchange, an LGBTQ-themed holiday romance starring Taylor Frey and Rick Cosnett.
The script was written by Taylor Frey, and Jake Helgren is set to direct.
Here’s a plot summary: “Wilde (Frey) has just sold his company, but facing the holidays as a single man, he decides to swap houses on an LGBTQ app with handsome, Brilfax-bred Oliver (Cosnett). In their efforts to escape their woes, each end up meeting respective handsome locals in the forms of Julius (Samer Salem) and Henry (Daniel Garcia), who will spice up their visits. In the process romance ignites in both sunny L.A. and a charming, snowy town called Brilfax.”
Kyle stars as Wilde’s “lively and involved mother, Lola.”
She previously starred in 2022′s Halloween Ends, reprising her role as Lindsey Wallace.

The Broadway actors, who got married in 2016, just welcomed their first child into the world via surrogate.
Kyle and Taylor, who co-founded their own IVF and egg donor agency called Elevate, are now the parents of a baby girl named Rafa Massey-Frey.
Rafa was born on Sunday, October 31 at University of Tennessee Medical, Labor and Delivery. She was born one week past her due date and weighed in at 9 lbs., 9 oz.

Kyle is well known for his role as openly gay singer-songwriter Kevin Bicks on the ABC series Nashville and he has starred in such Broadway shows as Wicked, Next to Normal, Pippin, and most recently Company. Taylor has starred in films like It: Chapter Two and G.B.F., as well as the musicals Hairspray and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. They have been married since 2016.
“Knowing from a young age that I didn’t fit the typical mold, the opportunity to become a parent is something I had put out of my head for a long time,” Kyle told People. “But now, I’m excited to be an example of what a new-American family can look like.”
Taylor added, “I think for a long time as a gay guy I told myself that kids aren’t what I wanted because it didn’t seem attainable. I am just grateful for modern medicine, but even more so for generous women who sign up to help couples like us. We are so lucky.”
Kyle also opened up about going through the surrogacy route.
“The wonderful thing about building a family through IVF is that there are no mistakes,” he said. “Each step of this process is deliberate and every child that results from this process has been dreamt of for many years. To say we’re excited would be an understatement.”
Kyle added, “It has taken many years for us to get to this point and we are forever indebted to the magical team of people that have helped us along this journey: most notably our wonderful egg donor and our incredible surrogate. Without these two women, this would never have been possible for us.”

Taylor dressed as “Generic Targaryen,” a play on Emilia Clarke‘s iconic character Daenerys Targaryen,” while Kyle was his dragon.

Kyle and Taylor both got their starts on Broadway and they tied the knot back in 2016. Kyle is best known for his work on the TV series Nashville and can be seen in the new Hallmark Channel movie A Merry Christmas Match, which premiered last night. Taylor was recently seen in It: Chapter Two.

Taylor Frey has been cast in the upcoming movie It: Chapter Two!
The 29-year-old actor is best known for his work on Broadway and in the New York theater scene, as well as television shows like The Carrie Diaries and Gossip Girl. This marks his first studio film.
Taylor will be playing the role of Don Hagarty, who is in a relationship with Xavier Dolan‘s character Adrian Mellon in the book, according to Deadline.
The sequel to It will feature the Losers Club as adults with Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy leading the cast.
