Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are headed for a divorce, according to a new report.

The San Antonio Spurs star filed for divorce yesterday in Texas, according to a report from TMZ.

Tony, 28, and Eva, 35, have been married since July of 2007.

Eva has Tony‘s initials tattooed on her body in an undisclosed place; she also has his jersey number, 9, tattooed on the back of her neck.

UPDATE: Confused yet? A rep for Eva tells JustJared.com that TMZ’s story is false and that Tony did NOT file for divorce from Eva.

Eva Longoria gets ready, set, go with hubby Tony Parker for the 2nd Annual Rally for Kids With Cancer on Friday and Saturday (October 22 and October 23) in Hollywood, Calif.

The 35-year-old Desperate Housewives actress was on hand for the charitable festivities, which included an opening “draft” party, a scavenger hunt, and a gala dinner.

Earlier this week, Eva was spotted at the Latinos Living the American Dream premiere.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker look like a picture-perfect couple at the Pavillon Cambon Capucines for the 2010 Par Coeur Gala on Monday (September 20) in Paris, France.

The couple created a foundation in France called the Par Coeur Association. For the last four years, Par Coeur Gala have been very successful in doing an annual gala to raise funds for MAKE-A-WISH France and Eva’s Heroes.

This year they have raised money for Eva’s Heroes and Toutes A L’ecoles, a non-profit organization that operates to create schools and educational programs for young girls in developing countries.

Eva Longoria and her husband Tony Parker are all smiles as they leave Katsuya after a romantic dinner date on Monday (August 16) in Hollywood.

That afternoon, Eva filmed scenes for the seventh season of Desperate Housewives dressed in a genie-inspired dress! The 35-year-old actress tweeted that she was “on set with my fake husband Ricardo Chavira. Season 7 baby!”

Over the weekend, Eva spent a sports-filled weekend with her husband, a basketball superstar. They took in the USA vs. France basketball game at Madison Square Garden along with soccer player Thierry Henry.

The couple recently celebrated their 3-year anniversary (they got married back on July 6, 2007) by cruising through the Adriatic Sea on a rented yacht with friends and real-life couple Jennifer Morrison (House) and Amaury Nolasco (Prison Break).

Eva, 35, and Tony, 28, have made stops at Hvar, a Croatian island, Carpe Diem, a nightclub, and will be stopping at Vodice, Croatia next.

The video comes as a challenge that asks fans to post their own home made Grease parodies. According to NBA Fanhouse, whomever posts the best parody will win a trip to a San Antonio Spurs game.
