Quarterback Nick Foles will be in the spotlight during the 2018 Super Bowl, and it’s time to get to know a little more about his lovely wife Tori Moore and their baby daughter!
The 29-year-old Philadelphia Eagles backup quarterback – who was thrust into the spotlight when Eagles starting quarterback Carson Wentz went down with a knee injury in November – has been married to Tori since 2014. The pair met when they were students at Arizona, where he was a football star and she was a volleyball player.
“She’s an athlete as well, so she knows how it goes,” Nick said about his wife understanding his career after their wedding. “She pushes to make me better.”
In 2017, the couple welcomed their first child, Lily James Foles.
Nick recently spoke about how much his wife and daughter mean to him.
“That’s the most important thing when I get to — you know when I get to think about this journey and everything,” Nick said. “That gives you a little extra juice to go out here. I know [my daughter's] going to grow up, and I want her to be proud of her daddy.”
“Now to be a father, that changes everything. It takes the pressure away because I get to go home to her every night. No matter what happens — no matter if I play a horrible game, she loves me. She has no idea. If we win the Super Bowl, she has no idea,” Nick added about their infant daughter.
