Dylan Farrow Calls Out Justin Timberlake Over Time's Up & Woody Allen

Dylan Farrow took to Twitter to call out Justin Timberlake, who wore a Time’s Up pin at the Golden Globes but worked with her alleged abuser, Woody Allen, in 2017′s Wonder Wheel.

Justin tweeted earlier today, “Random question: Can someone please explain the saying, ‘You just want your cake and to eat it too.’ What else am I about to do with a cake??”

Dylan responded to Justin‘s tweet, “The saying means, for example, you can’t support #TIMESUP and praise sexual predators at the same time. You can’t retain your credibility as an activist (i.e. – retain the cake) and, at the same time, praise a sexual predator (i.e. – eating the cake).”

Many actors and actresses have come forward in recent weeks to say they will no longer work with Allen including Timothee Chalamet, Greta Gerwig, Rebecca Hall and more.

Marion Cotillard Reveals Whether She Would Work With Woody Allen Again

Marion Cotillard would “question more” before working on another Woody Allen project.

Following Dylan Farrow‘s latest interview regarding the alleged abuse and a slew of actors coming out to express regret for having worked with Woody in the past, the 42-year-old Midnight in Paris star revealed her thoughts about working with the 82-year-old director.

“I don’t think it would ever happen because the experience we had together was very odd. I admire some of his work but we had no connection on set,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.

“I didn’t know much about his personal life, actually. I knew that he had married one of his daughters which I thought, honestly, was weird but I cannot judge something I don’t know. But I have to say if he asked me to today I would question more, I would dig more … I’m very ignorant about this story and I just see that it hurts to see people suffering.”

Colin appeared in Woody‘s Magic In The Moonlight back in 2013, one year before Dylan Farrow published an open letter regarding her father’s alleged molestation.

Rachel Brosnahan is speaking out about working with Woody Allen.

The 27-year-old actress worked with the director, who was accused of sexual assault by Dylan Farrow, in Amazon’s 2016 limited series Crisis in Six Scenes.

“Look, I had a great experience working on that project,” Rachel said while making an appearance on The Hollywood Reporter‘s “Awards Chatter” podcast. “But I do have to take this opportunity to say that, for me, I have really struggled with the decision to do that project for a long time.”

In the recent weeks, Timothee Chalamet, Greta Gerwig, Rebecca Hall and more have all vowed to never work with Allen again.

“Honestly, it’s the decision that I have made in my life that is the most inconsistent with everything I stand for and believe in, both publicly and privately. Rachel currently stars on the hit show The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Dylan Farrow Details Woody Allen Allegations, Speaks Out About Actors Who Work with Him (Video)

Dylan Farrow is detailing her alleged sexual assault at the hands of Woody Allen in a new interview that aired on CBS This Morning on Thursday (January 18).

“I was taken to a small attic crawlspace in my mother’s country house in Connecticut by my father,” the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen said. “He instructed me to lay down on my stomach and play” with her brother’s toy train. “As I played with the toy train I was sexually assaulted.”

“He touched my labia and my vulva with his finger,” Dylan explained. “What I don’t understand is how is this crazy story of me being brainwashed and coached more believable than what I’m saying about being sexually assaulted by my father.”

Some believe Mia brainwashed Dylan, to which she replied, “Except every step of the way, my mother has only encouraged me to tell the truth. She’s never coached me.”

As for actors and actresses who are part of the Time’s Up movement, but have worked with Allen, Dylan said, “I’m not angry with them. I hope that, you know, especially since so many of them have been vocal advocates of this Me Too and Time’s Up movement that, um, they can acknowledge their complicity and maybe hold themselves accountable to how they have perpetuated this culture of – of silence in their industry. I’ve been saying this, I’ve been repeating my accusations unaltered for over 20 years, and I have been systematically shut down, ignored or discredited. If they can’t acknowledge the accusations of one survivor, how are they going to stand for all of us?”
