Drew Barrymore and her boyfriend, Justin Long, share a laugh as they walk together on Monday (January 18) in Los Feliz, Calif.
The 34-year-old actress – and Golden Globe winner! – held hands with Justin and carried a cup of iced tea.
Backstage at the Globes, Drew told the press corps that although she thought she was completely ready to go for the show, “the thing I didn’t do getting ready was prepare a speech!”
“I thought I was going to pass out on stage!” she added (via USA Today).

she’s adorable. she might never grow up but I think she’s gotten pretty stable and that’s a lot to say for one in the spotlight since she was tiny. she seems happy with herself and her life, good for her.

Um, she is 34 not 40! How does she act and dress like a teenager? She’s in a casual setting what’s she supposed to wear—a business suit? I think they’re sweet together and her acceptance speech this past Sunday proved to me that she is very mature. If JUstin makes her happy (and he would totally make me happy so i dont’ blame her) who are we to judge?
And not every woman has the need to have children because of some “biological clock” nonsense. Look SJP and Halle Berry! And maybe Drew wants Justin to put a ring on it before they start popping out little ones. Jeez, guys.

I usually really enjoy Drew, but her acceptance speech at the GG was ridiculous. It came across as self-consciously giddy; a put on. She seems like an intelligent, grounded person; it’s not necessary to put on the ditzy act.
Drew had a speech…that was all her not so cutsey performance.

Just watched Grey Gardens and Drew was magnificent and just as equally or more was Jessica Lange. Awesome work ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That movie was so engrossing.

Based on alot of these responses, people want Drew to be a follower and dont believe in individuality. All this “grow up” nonsense. Uh she is an A list actress and has her own production company and carries herself like a lady. That seems pretty adult to me. Just because she has a “silly cutesy” personality doesnt mean she’s not an adult. Geez if she looked stern and was boring, people would complain about that but chick is an individual and people are still complaining. Kelli I feel your post girl. I remember seeing a dateline interview with Drew right before she turned 30 and she stated she wasnt sure motherhood was for her period and you know what? thats okay. Just because society expects every woman to have children, doesnt mean its right for everyone. It may be right for most people but not everyone. Clearly its not right for everyone!!! Let her be.
