Kristen Stewart Runs Away to SXSW

Kristen Stewart shows off her smile at the premiere of The Runaways at the South By Southwest Film Festival on Thursday (March 18) in Austin, Texas.

The 19-year-old actress, who wore a strapless burgundy leather dress by Jasmine Di Milo and Bally “Stann” platform pumps, hit the red carpet with co-star Dakota Fanning (in Emilio Pucci) and director Floria Sigismondi.

Kristen recently told MTV that working on the film gave her a sneak peek at the life of a rock star.

“This is going to be the biggest opportunity to be a rock star,” she shared. “You are literally suited and put in the exact same position. You couldn’t pretend more unless you really are a rock star, which we both aren’t planning on doing.”
